About this app

Scanrow turns printed tables, price lists and PDF pages into editable spreadsheets.

Point your camera at a table, pick a photo, or import a PDF. Scanrow rebuilds the rows and columns, highlights any cells it is unsure about, and lets you check them against the original before you export.

HOW IT WORKS
• Scan: capture a table with the camera, choose photos, import a PDF, or share a file to Scanrow from another app
• Review: compare with the original photo, fix highlighted cells, undo any change, find & replace, and add totals
• Export: share a .xlsx spreadsheet or .csv file to any spreadsheet app, email or cloud drive

• Reads text directly from digital PDFs for exact results, and uses text recognition for scanned pages
• Straighten – drag the corners onto the page and even out shadows
• Batch mode – scan several pages into one workbook, one sheet per page
• Totals with live formulas – SUM rows stay editable in your spreadsheet app
• Scan history – search, reopen and re-export earlier scans

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Text recognition runs on your device, and your scans stay in the app's private storage. We do not upload your documents. They leave your device only when you export or share them.

Scanrow is free to try: export or copy 3 scans every month, and import PDFs of up to 20 pages at a time. Exporting the same scan again doesn't use another one.

• Unlimited exports and copies
• PDFs of up to 100 pages at a time
• Hindi, Chinese, Japanese and Korean recognition
• Sort, filter and saved table templates

Choose a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Results depend on print and photo quality, so please check important figures before relying on them.
