ScanSmart turns your phone into a fast, private document scanner. Capture a receipt, a passport page, a multi-page contract, or anything else — and have a crisp, searchable digital copy in seconds.

Built for people who hate fiddling with scans. Edge detection happens automatically, perspective is corrected, and the text inside each page is extracted on-device with on-device OCR. No subscription required.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Edge-aware scanning — point at any document on a flat surface and ScanSmart finds the borders for you. Multi-page captures in one flow.
• On-device OCR — extract printed text from any scanned page using Google ML Kit. No cloud round-trip, no waiting.
• Folders and search — group related documents into folders, mark favourites, and find anything fast with full-text search across your library.
• Export as PDF or JPEG — share to any app on your phone with quality presets for low-bandwidth, balanced, or print-grade output.
• App lock — optional biometric or device-PIN lock keeps your scans private even on a shared phone.
• Trash with 30-day restore — accidentally deleted documents stay recoverable for thirty days before being permanently removed.
• Guest mode — use the full app without ever creating an account; your data stays on your device.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Your scans don't leave your phone unless you ask. We don't show ads, don't track you across apps, and don't use your documents to train any AI model. If you sign in to back up across devices, you can delete your account and all associated data anytime from Settings, or online at https://scansmart.app/delete-account.
