Scan a receipt and forget about it. Scanto reads the supplier, the date, the base amount, the VAT, and the total, and adds it up month by month.

HOW IT WORKS

Take a photo of the receipt. Scanto extracts the data and classifies it as a receipt or invoice. If something isn't clear, it highlights it so you can review it instead of making it up.

Correct what's needed and continue. At the end of the month, you have the total, the VAT paid, and the breakdown by category, without having added anything up manually.

EXPENSES AND MILEAGE

Declare the travel day, and Scanto calculates what portion is exempt from income tax and what portion is subject to withholding. It handles overnight stays and mileage, travel within Spain or abroad.

The limits are editable because they change, and each accounting firm has its own criteria.
