ScanVentory is an app designed to help you manage your warehouse efficiently. The tool allows you to store product information in a database and assign items to specific locations. Inventory management is handled in two ways: by scanning barcodes or through intuitive list searching. For items already assigned to a location, you can instantly adjust quantities using simple "+" and "-" buttons.
Main App Screens:
My Warehouse – A view of products physically available in your stock. Here, you manage inventory levels: add or remove goods and assign expiration dates. You also have quick access to the menu for other locations.
Define New Product – The screen for adding products to the database. It allows you to assign a name, category, and description, as well as scan a barcode. You can also enable expiration date tracking – these products will be marked with a calendar icon and included in Expiry dates screen reports.
Products, edit – The hub for managing your product database: add, delete, or modify product parameters.
Expiration Date Screen – A clear list of expired products or those nearing their end-of-life. It includes names, codes, days remaining, and stock levels in specific locations. At the top, you'll find buttons for Excel export and advanced filtering with the option to save search profiles.
Inventory Levels – A view similar to the Expiration Date screen, but with out-of-stock or low-stock items displayed at the top. It features Excel export and filtering menus.
Transactions – A full history of operations. If a product has a defined purchase or sale price, the app automatically calculates total turnover, expenses, and revenue. The filtering menu allows you to customize the view to your preferences and save search profiles for future use.
