Scan Manager is the professional ticket scanning app built for event doors. Designed for promoters, venues, and door staff who need fast, reliable ticket validation — even when there's no signal.

INSTANT SCANNING
Point your camera at any QR code or barcode and get a result in under 200ms. Supports QR, Code 128, Code 39, EAN-13, UPC, Aztec, Data Matrix, PDF-417, and more — all scanned simultaneously. Works with printed tickets, mobile e-tickets, and wristband barcodes.

FULLY OFFLINE
Every ticket is cached to local storage when you select an event. If the network drops, scanning continues without interruption. Check-ins are queued locally and auto-synced the moment connectivity returns. No data is ever lost.

REAL-TIME SYNC
Pending check-ins are uploaded in batches every 10 seconds. The sync status bar shows online/offline state, pending count, and last sync time — so staff always know where they stand.

LIVE EVENT STATS
See total tickets, checked-in count, attendance percentage, and a visual progress bar — all updating in real time as your event fills up.

MULTIPLE EVENTS
Browse all your upcoming events in one place. Each card shows the event name, date, venue, and ticket count. Search by name or venue to find the right event fast.

MANUAL ENTRY
Can't scan? Type or paste a ticket code directly. Works seamlessly with Bluetooth barcode scanners in HID mode. The input auto-clears and re-focuses for rapid sequential entry.

BUILT-IN TORCH
One tap to toggle the flashlight directly on the camera view — essential for dark venues and outdoor events. Auto-disables when you leave the scanner.

HAPTIC & AUDIO FEEDBACK
Distinct sounds and vibration patterns for valid, duplicate, and invalid tickets. Staff can tell the result without looking at the screen. Sound and haptics can be toggled independently for quiet venues.

DEVICE HANDOVER
Securely hand a scanning device between shift workers. Clears all local data and returns to login — while keeping the server URL saved for quick re-login.

CONFIGURABLE
Toggle sound, haptics, and screen-sleep prevention independently. Set the scan result display time from 1 to 5 seconds. All preferences persist across sessions.

SECURE
Authenticated via your Scan Manager account. Door staff see only the events they're authorised for. All API communication uses HTTPS with token-based authentication.
