pretty good app so far. my reason for only giving 4 stars is because I came across one narrator who sounded like he either couldn't read or was reading in slow motion. and there's no option for a different voices or to actually be able to read a chapter on your own, without paying for the pro version of course. My suggestion, hire people that know how to read or at least read at a normal speed.

I love the concept. I used it regularly till it quit working 1-2 days ago. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no success. While it worked for me, it made a way for me to listen to stories I love. Some readers are amazing, and some are amazingly bad. The good ones I eagerly listen for--the bad make me groan when they introduce themselves and search for another version of the book. Librivox seems to concentrate more on quantity than quality. Ads are intrusive, but hey, it's free!

Many great authors from every time period and genre. Crisp clear audio for an easy listening experience and a clean app interface. The ability to download your audiobook is superb! The few adds (mostly for Audible) are minor and easy to ignore. I have noticed that some titles that offer the text book for you to read along with give you the text from a different book entirely, so be ready for that. In all, I give this app a solid four 🌟.
