One of the most worthless apps I have ever been forced to use. My Aroma360 uses this app and it is the only one I know of that occasionally connects to my device when the sun, moon and stars line up. You spend more time trying to get it to connect than actually using the app. It is hit or miss whether you will get an English interface or Chinese. hands down, the worst app I have on my phone. I would give it negative stars if I could. Complete trash. Yes, I feel better now.

This is the worst app I've ever used. When it works, it's not bad at all. But about every 2 months it says it doesn't recognize my password and I have to redo it and then it won't recognize that one. I've changed it so many times , I don't even remember anymore what my password is! Horrible, horrible app! I love the machine I'm using, I just can't control it from the app and to control it from the machine is a nightmare also.

To connect to WiFi I must allow app notifications but the app does not allow me to change that settings and does not appear in the list of apps when I go to my phone settings I confirmed with Brilliant Scents that the WiFi connect option does not work and the only way to connect is via AP Mode, which unfortunately, for me, doesn't work when I connect my unit to HVAC because of the distance. They are planning to fix WiFi but it doesn't sound like it's imminent.
