I have 7 units around my home and I'm always having issues with the app. They keep disconnecting, the updates take forever and if I close the app they don't update after selecting it. I have to constantly unplug and plug to reset the system and be able to fix it. I'm tired of this routine. Please fix this app. I'm sure you can invest in something better and give us the quality that we paid for. Also how can we improve the app if the updates almost NEVER work?!

I used to have no issues. Now I can't get update the firmware, and I'm not sure if I should sign in, connect with Bluetooth or something else with the cloud.

Horrible..does not connect ever to android phone. Even after deleting and reinstalling. Very expensive device and scent to not have things work!
