Can't connect to diffuser. It was connected until a thunderstorm knocked my power out. Now, the app cannot find my diffuser. I'm disappointed because I have 2 more diffusers on the way and the app doesn't work! Very disappointing for the price of these things. Also, when I had it connected, it wouldn't allow me to change or add the schedule. It kept saying make sure it doesn't overlap with other schedules but I only had ONE schedule!

useless, it's a gamble when this app decides to work. Most of the time it is not communicating with the diffuser, can't turn the diffuser off or on. Refilled oil and it still shows 20%... it's full, should show 100%. The developer should go back to the blue print and create a usable and reliable app. Update April 2026: One of my diffusers disappears about weekly from the app, have to add it again. Schedules disappear and updates are not installed. Diffusers not connecting to WiFi, BT only!!!

Absolute TRASH! Don't even bother! I can't get it to connect to the app. It shuts off automatically after a few minutes. You have to manually turn it back on or use the remote. Makes me wonder if purchasing the diffuser itself was a mistake, especially after reading reviews on it. I am just praying it doesn't stop working all together like many are experiencing... and I had the nerves to purchase a tower, the mini AND several fragrances... it does smell lovely tho...
