Can't connect to diffuser. It was connected until a thunderstorm knocked my power out. Now, the app cannot find my diffuser. I'm disappointed because I have 2 more diffusers on the way and the app doesn't work! Very disappointing for the price of these things. Also, when I had it connected, it wouldn't allow me to change or add the schedule. It kept saying make sure it doesn't overlap with other schedules but I only had ONE schedule!

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE....and that's an understatement. I've just received this diffuser...and the sole reason I bought it was due to the app feature and the ability to control the unit through the device (e.g. setting schedules, etc.). Initially I was able to connect and set a desired schedule. However, that was worthless, as the unit continued to run nonstop. So I deleted and attempted to reinstall everything. But now, the app can't find the device or connect to wifi. USELESS! DONT BUY!

I can't get my device to connect for the app. I have found that if you can't find your device after a few attempts, log out of the app and back in. You will be able to find the device but it will not connect to the Bluetooth .An endless loop of , it's not you it's me . We are finishing up . Only a few minutes more . Then nothing . I love the diffuser but the app is trash. Sentiment get your app together asap. As you said it's not me it's you .
