Can't connect to diffuser. It was connected until a thunderstorm knocked my power out. Now, the app cannot find my diffuser. I'm disappointed because I have 2 more diffusers on the way and the app doesn't work! Very disappointing for the price of these things. Also, when I had it connected, it wouldn't allow me to change or add the schedule. It kept saying make sure it doesn't overlap with other schedules but I only had ONE schedule!

The diffusers don't stay connected long, ESPECIALLY if it's not plugged in. (it's supposed to be completely wireless w/Bluetooth capabilities.) You can't really control it with the app. When I called, I was told the app just got updated to fix all those issues. It should be Scentiment 2.0 now - but mine still says 1.0 with no update available. If you're going to try these, get the regular one and save some money.

This has to be one of the worst apps ever developed. I was excited to hook my unit up to my HVAC and control the usage via the app. However, the app fails in every way possible! I wish I had the chance to even try the app, but I could not ever get the unit to connect. When I called for help, that failed as badly as this app did. I would be transferred to a "tech" guy but they were never available and the call disconnected. Makes me regret choosing this unit.
