Can't connect to diffuser. It was connected until a thunderstorm knocked my power out. Now, the app cannot find my diffuser. I'm disappointed because I have 2 more diffusers on the way and the app doesn't work! Very disappointing for the price of these things. Also, when I had it connected, it wouldn't allow me to change or add the schedule. It kept saying make sure it doesn't overlap with other schedules but I only had ONE schedule!

App only allows me to connect one device, once in the app it says the device is off however the device (mini) actively working. App doesn't allow me to do anything other than see that I a device, not able to control anything. App isn't picking up the tall diffuser that's running while I'm standing next to it. Wanted to purchase another but definitely not, it's a headache trying to keep the two running and controlling the amount scent being diffused at a given time.

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE....and that's an understatement. I've just received this diffuser...and the sole reason I bought it was due to the app feature and the ability to control the unit through the device (e.g. setting schedules, etc.). Initially I was able to connect and set a desired schedule. However, that was worthless, as the unit continued to run nonstop. So I deleted and attempted to reinstall everything. But now, the app can't find the device or connect to wifi. USELESS! DONT BUY!
