I rated this app with 4-stars because although I think its a good & convenient app to have. I wish I was able to book my ride for a month in the app instead of having go call. I prefer not to speak to anyone on the phone but I've been getting better at ir since I HAVE to call each month to set up my month of rides. If i could do thay in the app, then I'd change my rating to 5-stars.

I download the app and when I click on it, it takes me to the browser and let's me put in my sign in info and then I just get an orange screen... nothing else happens (same thing when I try signing in from my browser)

Unable to complete initial health assessment because app coders instituted an unrealistically low highest possible weight response. Very bad coding, especially considering this is a health insurance app. Shame on you.
