About this app

Schetra is the staff app for ambulatory surgery centers that schedule with Schetra. See where you are working, tell your scheduler when you can work, and hear about changes the moment they happen.

What you can do

• See your schedule. Your assignments by day or by month, with the room, the doctor, the time and who you are working alongside. The month view shows your whole rotation at a glance.

• Know when something changes. A push notification arrives when your schedule is published or changed. Changes that affect you wait in your Inbox until you acknowledge them, so your scheduler knows you have seen them.

• Hear from your team. Announcements from your administrators and schedulers land in your Inbox and on your lock screen.

• Manage availability and time off. Mark the days you can work or need off. Per diem staff can group dates and set how many of them they can be scheduled, so a scheduler never books you for all of them.

• Sign up for late coverage. When your center opens late shifts to sign-up, claim them from your phone and see when you are confirmed.

• Keep your calendar in sync. Subscribe once and your assignments appear in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, and stay current as the schedule changes.

• Sign in your way. Face ID, Touch ID or fingerprint after the first sign-in, and a light or dark appearance that follows your phone.

• Work at more than one center. Switch between organizations from one account.

Getting started

Schetra is for staff at surgery centers that use the Schetra scheduling platform. Your administrator sends an invitation by email; open it on your phone with Schetra installed and the app walks you through creating your account. The app is not a standalone product.
