ShiftCycle is a shift calendar for anyone who works shifts. Whether your schedule follows a fixed cycle or is created anew each month, you can use a ready-made template, build your own model, or enter your shifts yourself day by day.
The app originated because a shift supervisor in the chemical industry couldn't find a shift planner that accurately reflected his four-shift system. With a fixed cycle, the app automatically calculates the shifts from that point onward.
Shift work is constantly changing, and this app is designed precisely for that.
EVEN WITHOUT A FIXED SCHEDULE
• Is your schedule created anew each month? Then enter your shifts yourself, individually or for several consecutive days.
• Create any number of custom shift types with their own times and colors, even seven or more.
• No rotation, no groups. Vacation, overtime pay, and statistics still work.
ONE PLANS, EVERYONE HAS IT
• Whoever creates the schedule builds the shift plan once and shares it via link or QR code. The others tap it, select their group, and they're done.
• You can send the monthly schedule as a message to your partner or family. They don't need to have the app installed.
• If someone in your household also works shifts, their schedule appears next to yours, along with a note about when you have time off together.

• Today, tomorrow, next week, in three months. No need to count.
• Early shift, late shift, night shift, and days off are color-coded.
• A widget on the home screen displays today's shift.
IF THE PLAN DOESN'T WORK OUT
• Change your shift by tapping on the day. Swapped shifts, filled in, or spontaneously taken time off, with a note like "swapped with Tom."
• Time off and age-related time off, including half-days, with an annual allowance and an overview of the remaining days.
• Enter vacation days directly in the calendar, without having to go through the settings.
• "Other" for training, seminars, meetings, or driver's licenses.
