If I could give zero stars I would. App doesn't work at all after latest update. Update: Trane did maintenance in the app again and it no longer works. I have to disconnect and reconnect every thermostat. This is a terrible design as I am currently traveling and can no longer access my thermostats until I return home. Still zero stars. 5.10.26. App no longer working again. Spent 4 hours trying to reconnect with no progress. Attempted all online suggestions. No help on Sundays. Still 0 stars.

the app seems to work well but I wish the software on auto didn't have a 4 degree gap between cool and heat. It'd be better if the temps were closer together but had a time gap instead so the heat couldn't kick on for a set time after the air stopped so the house could normalize on all floors. Before it tries to do do the opposite, because the control box isn't located in a place where it gets good air movement.

The temperature setting is very difficult to operate. Setting it is frustrating and wastes so much time. Sometimes, the thermostat shows 77°, but it feels cold. At other times, it shows 74° and it feels stuffy and warm. It is just difficult to regulate the indoor temperature with this particular controller.
