Ratings and reviews

Pointless app. You can't book loads in the app unless you've booked a few recently, regardless of how many you've completed in the past 8 years. After-hours cant book loads, and their support is useless. The only solution is to email someone = You are stuck waiting for a reply ( Burning HOS ). Trucks sit idle while loads go uncovered. The app also crashes frequently. Terrible business model.

It would be nice to request for detention and other accessorials through the app. Asking for detention through an email takes anywhere from 10-21 days, most of the time you do not get a response and have to send it in multiple times. Also, if your time is not correctly entered, it can not be changed.

App works great but is a little slow. I would be willing to book more loads if they had the shipper and receiver information on there along with the commodity. Also if you don't have the rate posted don't expect me to call. The reason I use the apps is to reduce the waisted time making phone calls.
