Scholarwave Staff is the teacher and administrator companion to the Scholarwave school assessment platform used by Nigerian secondary schools.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Write exam papers on your phone: objective, multiple-answer and theory questions, with passages and images.
• Import questions from a photo or PDF: the AI converter turns a printed past question into an editable paper in seconds.
• Mark theory answers question by question, with the student's script and the marking scheme side by side.
• Enter CA and exam scores against your school's assessment scheme, and see totals check themselves against the scheme column.
• Take attendance and review the scores hub for every class and subject.
• Publish papers to the school's Windows exam PCs and the Student Portal, and see results as students submit.

BUILT FOR NIGERIAN SCHOOLS
Scholarwave runs the exam hall on ordinary school PCs, keeps working through a power or internet cut, and syncs when the connection returns. This app is the staff side of that system: you need a Scholarwave school account to sign in.

What’s new

Report cards can now be done fully on the phone, the same as on the website: a live preview of each card, teacher's and principal's remarks with suggestions, conduct and skills ratings beside attendance, send for approval, publish, a broadsheet, and remaking a single card. Add the principal's signature and stamp in Settings. Take a pupil's photo with the camera. Choosing a class's subjects saves again, and exams made on a phone now work properly on a Windows PC.
