loved using the App. I used it almost every day. it suddenly quit working. i contacted Support. they said they were aware of it and were working on getting it back up. i waitd a few weeks and tried again. same thing...wont work. deleted it and downloaded it again. Still same error. I sent another message to Support. got the same reply. We are working on it but use the web browser in the mantime. i prefer the access of the app. Fix your app Scholistico. 5 stars when it's working again.

As part of the online certification the app cost is included, yet has literally never worked. They give you a 30 day cancelation on the course and that entire time the app hasnt worked to even tell if you should continue. Customer service just says use your web browser which is not helpful for those wanting to use the app as the browser closes and is not continual for listening while multi tasking. Super disappointing.

cant use the app only the browser version. it keeps giving me an error. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, I followed the prompts to clear cache and reset, still same error popping up. the browser site is wonderful and I use it daily but I would rather have mobile access again. please fix this. I have a screen shot of the error.
