Followed all instructions stated in the FAQ, no issues receiving calls, but the app only pop-up a short notification, that's super easy to miss. Issues: 1. Allow option to set ringtone and app should ring like how other VOIP does. Currently it doesnt vibrate when set to vibration mode. 2. The app is still lagging a lot in speed. I did a trial personally and it took 5-10sec after I unlocked on the app for the system to unlock the door physically. While this is almost instant on voice calls.

Unreliable app. Even after mobile phone reconfiguration for android it's still very unstable. I would say it only works 20-30% of the time. All other times either the phone won't ring, the screen for video access won't launch or it won't call the lift even after access is given. Delivery personnel often times find that there is no connection and end up calling me on my mobile. Recently the Schonell staff came to my unit telling me they have done some fix-up. I can honestly say it became worse.

The app worked well when I first installed it over 3 or 4 years ago. However, over a year ago, I started having problems "catching" the intercom calls, which always treated my mobile number as "missed", and then went on to ring at my house's fixed line phone. Stephanie of Schonell Support Team suggested that I use a function in my phone to force the app to use mobile data. It does not affect other apps using wifi. This trick worked well. Now, I am happy with the outcome. 5 stars to Stephanie.
