About this app

Check boarding, pick-up/drop-off notifications, and vehicle location for your commute bus and your child's school bus all in one app. This is the ShuttleID passenger app. Administrators are requested to install the administrator app.

ShuttleID Passenger — View your boarding and your child's boarding at a glance

This is a dedicated app for commuter, school bus, and shuttle passengers. With a single facial registration, your boarding is automatically confirmed, and you can receive pick-up/drop-off notifications as well as real-time vehicle location updates. You can start using it immediately upon accepting an invitation from an institution (company, academy, etc.).

■ Adult Passengers (Commuter/Shuttle)

• Face Registration — Automatic boarding confirmation with a one-time registration of your face photo

• Check Boarding History — View your boarding and alighting history at any time

• Real-time Vehicle Location — Check departure and arrival times in advance

• Seat Reservation — Advance seat reservation by route and vehicle

■ Guardians (School)

• Child Registration — Register your child's face (under 14 years old) after obtaining consent from a legal guardian

• Boarding/Alighting Notifications — Receive real-time push notifications confirming your child's boarding and alighting

• Check Vehicle Location — Check the school bus's current location and estimated arrival time

• Child Management — Unregister or withdraw consent at any time via the app

■ Protection of Personal & Biometric Information

• Face photos are not used for any purpose other than boarding confirmation

• For children under 14 years old, face recognition is activated only after confirming consent from a guardian (legal guardian)

• Upon unregistration or membership withdrawal, face photos and related information are immediately and permanently deleted
