I don't get notifications despite having notifications on. Which is frustrating since this is how the teachers communicate with parents. If you try to scroll back to the top it starts flashing and glitches. Deleting and reinstalling didn't fix it. Now having it not load anything or allow access to anything, so again deleted to try to fix. Now I'm not allowed to log in. Says cannot connect to network. On data or wifi. Anything else I have is perfectly fine. Just this atrocious app has issues.

Snap! Connect is not working at all right now. Got a notification from the school, clicked on it to read it, and there's nothing to display (at all) on the app. I cannot see any info on home screen, messages, nothing. Tried logging out, then it wouldn't let me log back in. I got a message saying there was no internet connection even though there was. I even tried "forgot my password", but that didn't work because I got a message saying my info wasn't on file. 😡

Frustrating, completely annoying experience while trying to send a message to the school. It worked fine for a few months, but for the past 4 weeks it is a disaster. Second review 12/14/2022: This app is a disaster, please change to something better. It keeps freezing, i don't get the notifications in a promptly manner. Extremely frustrating when this is the main way to contact my child's teacher in the regular basis and in person meeting is not possible. Please improve it.
