Schos is a school management platform built for modern schools. Administrators, teachers, and students all use the same app — the tools you see depend on the role you sign in as.

FOR SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS
• Dashboard with live metrics on students, staff, payments, and activity

• Configure academic sessions, terms, grading models, and report-card templates

DESIGNED FOR SCHOOLS
User accounts on Schos are created and managed by the school, not by Schos directly. Each school owns its data — we never sell or share personal information with third parties. Payments are processed by licensed payment partners; card numbers never touch our servers.

SECURITY
• End-to-end HTTPS on every request
• Role-based access: users only see data appropriate to their role
• Secure JWT-based authentication
• Tokens and session data are kept on-device and never backed up to cloud storage

PRIVACY & ACCOUNT DELETION
Students, teachers, and guardians: please contact your school administrator to request changes to or deletion of your records. School super-administrators can request deletion of the entire school account from Settings → Danger zone, which starts a 30-day reconsideration window.
