Workspace helps employees track their working hours, manage tasks, and follow service chats within their team.

The app is ideal for teams and employees who want to easily manage their daily workflows through a single interface. If your company has a compatible Schukai system in place, you can log in and start using the available features immediately. Local access on this device is also possible for certain Staff Time processes.















... The app currently supports, among other things:

- Login to an existing Schukai system
- Selection, review, and management of saved systems

- Time tracking with start time, break start time, break end time, and end time

- Display of current staff time status and recent entries

- Correction entries for time entries

- Absences in the staff time area

- Task view for authorized employees

- Chat view for authorized service employees

- Local use for selected staff time functions

- Export of local staff time data as CSV

- Settings for language, theme, and local work time preferences

Important note: Local use on this device is available for selected functions. Team use requires a separate, provided workspace system. Additional costs may apply depending on the chosen provisioning. The available functionality depends on the connected system environment, the granted permissions, and the app version used.
