blitzerfunk – speed cameras, traffic reports and fuel prices, shared by drivers.
Just like CB radio, drivers let each other know: where is a mobile speed camera right now, where are police traffic reports, where is fuel cheap at the moment? Pick your districts and instantly see what's going on there.
LATEST
All reports from your districts – as a list or on the map, filterable by speed cameras and traffic reports. "Nearby" shows everything within 20 km. Vote "Still there" or "Gone" right in the list.
ON THE ROAD
Warns you while driving of accidents, traffic jams and road closures ahead – with warning sounds, voice announcements and vibration. As a passenger, you can additionally switch on warnings for mobile and fixed speed cameras for the trip.
FUEL
E5, E10 and diesel prices at petrol stations near you, as a list or on the map – with opening hours and navigation to the station. Prices: Tankerkönig (CC BY 4.0).
REPORT, RATE, SHARE
Report a speed camera in seconds. Is it still there? Your rating keeps the reports up to date for everyone. Share speed cameras, traffic reports and petrol stations straight from the list.
RADIO POINTS AND LEADERBOARD
Earn radio points for every report, rating and comment and rise from newbie to district legend. Who reports the most in your district this week? On the leaderboard you only appear under a pseudonym.
WIDGETS, SHORTCUTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
The latest reports and the cheapest petrol stations right on your home screen, speed cameras and fuel via app shortcut. If you like, blitzerfunk notifies you as soon as a new speed camera is reported in your districts – with separate settings for weekdays and weekends.
NO ACCOUNT, NO TRACKING
No sign-up with name or email, no analytics or advertising services in the app. Available in German and English.
Important: Please don't use the app while driving. In Germany, drivers are not allowed to use speed camera warners while driving (§ 23 (1c) StVO).
