App doesn't even open. Associated Bank customer service is trash, just like their bank. Had to use the internet to "access" my account. Couldn't even do that because they're incompetent and had the wrong info to set up my account. So, I'm being forced to get a form signed by a notary to update the info they should have already had. All just to get my 401k rolled into another financial institution that is capable of simple tasks.

I kindly request a cessation of application updates. Each instance of an update has unfortunately resulted in the application ceasing to function. Good idea, but it's stopped working recently. I am not able to log in. The IT department responsible for implementing this application has encountered significant challenges. The current operational workaround necessitates a reinstallation to facilitate a single login session.

Terrible app. Terrible bank. The only reason I even installed it is because my employer uses them for some benefits. App is already uninstalled, the account will be as well as soon as I find another job.
