Looks like an old cheap app. When you buy a new lock features should all be free, but they charge half of them, like battery notification. Design is very poor and confusing. I don't recommend buying their devices there are other options out there like SmartLife app and their products which I own. They have identical lock for example but I found out too late.

There are no notifications until I open the app. New UI impractical.

I had a locksmith recommend a smartlock that uses this app and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a wonderful api which I use to control all the locks. I have been using this app and it's api for over a years with great success. I am currently in the process of installing three more locks which will allow all my guest easy access. I have integrated the api into my reservation system and once a reservation is created all the necessary locks are programed and the guest receives there code.
