terrible app. Long winded forms asking for information that is personal to the user and then nothing goes through anyway. I don't reccomend it unless you like wasting time and being frustrated. The staff are unorganised. Nothing is getting done properly. Strong failure to communicate.

Accounts get deleted without communication. They missed paying out for October, too. They randomly changed the minimum requirements without communicating that to agents. People work within guidelines that are communicated. Not ones that are guessed at. Its an ok app for side money and to get started with professional readings, but don't plan on them communicating what is expected of you.

Got a quick reply initially, however, not a word from the person who had responded in the last 5 days. Having issues with the app, and unable to proceed due to no response. As I was told, the company is based in Singapore and collects their taxes before paying out. In addition US contractors pay taxes the US. I wanted to give it a try, but I see now that it's pointless to try and get assistance.
