Undoubtedly a useful app but currently it cannot replace keys. Often the app crashes and there is no way to open the doors making Sclak useless. On crashes, usually I send feedbacks with system logs but I don't know if they are helping to fix the issues I have given that I've not received any reply from Sclak.

Buenos días, lamentamos los inconvenientes recibidos. No entendemos exactamente lo que significa reemplazar las claves, comuníquese con support@scak.com para obtener la resolución.

Application works for the most part. Opens and closes with no issues. However, there are some things that should be improved. Here are my problems so far: 1) Invitations didn't work either via e-mail or via SMS. So I had to log into the webpage from my notebook, copy the information in the invite and manually write an e-mail on the same notebook. You can't do this copy/paste from the app either. 2) First account (installer/admin/owner) registration confirmation link didn't work. I had to validate my e-mail address from the webpage. The url sent out was sclak://... which is obviously a bug. The second owner registration confirmation worked ok. So I don't know if this was just a one off issue or was fixed with new version of the app the second owner used to confirm their registration. 3) If you are owner/administrator, you cannot change a pin code for the keypad. This means you are stuck with remembering randomly assigned pin. For the users who are only owners, you can change it, but only from the webpage. So why different approach for owner/administrator? 4) Gate access records openings only for guests, at least this is what I was told by support. I think it should record for owners too. I had two openings recorded for the second owner, but no more. So I don't know those two were recorded at all if access is not recorded for owners. Maybe a bug? 5) It would be useful to have a partial opening for the gate. You can do it manually if you try to open again while the gate is moving, so it stops. But it would be better to have configurable 'button' in the app for pedestrian access that you can program how many seconds should pass before gate is stopped partially open, to allow only pedestrian access. Something to think about for next release.
