About this app

Glass Dash is an Android HUD display plugin for EconTool.

The app is designed to show vehicle data received from EconTool on a separate Android screen. Place your phone on the dashboard, choose a layout, enable mirrored display if needed, and use the screen as a compact digital HUD for the most important vehicle parameters.

Glass Dash can be useful when the main Android head unit is located too low, is busy with navigation or music, or when you want an additional display closer to your line of sight.

Glass Dash does not work as a standalone OBD scanner. It is a companion display for EconTool and requires EconTool to provide vehicle data.

EconTool must be installed, configured, and connected to the vehicle separately. Available parameters depend on the vehicle, adapter, selected protocol, and EconTool configuration.
