too much to confirm ie. tick boxes, to get started. setting up an account should be enough confirmation. Pic to end ride is annoying expensive!! not clear what the cost imitations of using pause during the ride. I'm thinking it's to hold the unit so it won't be contracted out and used by another person when you run an errand in a local store. Alternatively, could i have pushed the unit to the errand location so I had use of it after my errand. the consequence would be I'd have to walk 5km

The pricing is not to clear when you're booking. It should be made more evident, but i would just be nitpicking now. The app is very veey buggy. I managed to unlock the scooter after trying for 3 days. The app needs a TON lot of work. The map on it is very laggy. Not an easy user experience. I thought it would be cheaper than a bus but its 1.5 times more expensive! I will not use this scooter rental, but since I've loaded some money, i need to utilize it off. My device is a Google Pixel 7.

it wouldnt allow to end ride, scamI was at the parking place and it made me to ride around for 30 mins and I came back to the same parking spot then it ended the trip.
