if there's a map, it's broken. Most of the display is black and there's no interaction with it. I have no way of knowing where the parking stations are, I just have to hope I stumble upon one. Also really expensive. Using it to get home along a bike path at max speed, it took an hour total (45 mins on the scooter) and cost $16.50. Taking a Lyft would've been the same price and 6 times faster. Taking a bus would've been twice as fast and under a quarter of the price.

App glitched and overcharged my card. I wasn't able to use it as intended, or even end my ride when I needed to. The ride had to be forced stopped from their end. In the meantime, charges kept coming through. For some reason one of the scooters was slowed down (from their end) for more of the ride and barely worked. When we tried parking to switch to another, it wouldn't allow me to end ride. Kept saying to park in the designated area, which is where we were. Terrible experience.

The pricing is not to clear when you're booking. It should be made more evident, but i would just be nitpicking now. The app is very veey buggy. I managed to unlock the scooter after trying for 3 days. The app needs a TON lot of work. The map on it is very laggy. Not an easy user experience. I thought it would be cheaper than a bus but its 1.5 times more expensive! I will not use this scooter rental, but since I've loaded some money, i need to utilize it off. My device is a Google Pixel 7.
