Discover a new way to explore the mall with Scoozer — the comfortable 2-seat electric scooter designed for shopping, fun, and convenience.

Whether you're shopping solo, with family, or with friends, Scoozer makes it easier and more enjoyable to get around large shopping centers. Each scooter includes convenient features like a USB charging port, storage trunk, cup holder, hanger, and front storage compartment.

Scoozer is currently available at select shopping destinations including:

Getting started is easy:

Visit a Scoozer parking station
Enable Bluetooth and Location Services on your phone, then head to a Scoozer station inside the mall.
Scan and choose a scooter
Tap “SCAN SCOOZERS” to view and select from the scooters currently available at the station.
Create your account and start your rental
After selecting a scooter, create your account and add a payment method. The app will then guide you through a short tutorial explaining how to operate the scooter and use the app.

Once activated, your phone becomes your key. You can:

• Start and stop the scooter
• Pause your ride while shopping or dining
• End your rental when returning to the station
• Contact support
• Manage payment methods and account information
• View your rental history

Important Rules:

• Drivers must be 18 years or older
• One person per seat only
• Do not operate under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Scoozers must remain on shopping center property and may not enter parking lots or public roads
• Please keep the scooter clean
• Return the scooter to its designated parking station and tap “FINISH RIDE” in the app when your rental is complete

Ratings and reviews

The ride was uncomfortable. I'm only 5'5" and someone with mobility issues. I had to ride with my legs spread apart and feet hanging off, or else my knees would have to press painfully against the basket inside the scooter. There was no way to adjust the seats. The scooters are nice-looking but poorly designed.

For an average sized person, the scooter would be great. There are a lot of people out there who can't experience simple shopping trips due to walking issues. But I do wish there were better options for larger adults. Maybe you could have a single seat scooter for larger persons available for rent. There would be a good market for that type of rental. My recommendation for other large individuals is to be aware that these seats are quite small and uncomfortable for bigger people

This was great! My dad was in town, and I took him to the Arizona Mills Mall. He was able to ride around and not get tired or upset his foot pain.
