Very bad experience. We ordered 7 items, the total was about 1,160,000. The server called us to inform us about a substitution because items were out of stock. Delivery was uncoordinated. Tracking is inaccurate. The goods came crammed all in one bag, and double bagged and there was water inside. Not clean. The workers forgot an item. We payed more than the supposed total in the app with 6 items instead of 7. Total in app is different from in receipt. Not repeating this. Carrefour is better.

The service is great but I hope you'll be covering Beirut area soon, and I suggest you add substitutions possibility in the application in case of missing items, would make it easier for customers to choose a replacement & would save time on staff calling each customer to inform them of missing items!

I highly recommend Diwan Hypermarket application that is one of the best and easy to use application. Moreover, the they are very responsive to the orders from the application with a delivery within a very short period of time during the same order day.
