Extremely pay to win...I played this game for years and am embarrassed of the amount of money I spent over that time. To get the really good characters, you had to pay a ridiculous amount for a tiny chance (something like 1-2% chance for the really good ones) of getting something good. The game is very socially oriented, but so unbalanced that there's a huge gap between players that pay $100s+ and those who don't, so it is extremely difficult to compete for prizes needed to upgrade without payin

I think the most recent update broke the game :-( the game constantly crashes to reload an obnoxious white screen and show me pop up adds. I've been playing since the beginning,stages are impossible to beat even with spending. Quadruple the ads and things to purchase, quadruple the glitches that never get fixed. War was the only fun event left before they jacked that up made it only 10 minutes no repair.Long time players are dropping out servers are becoming empty of actual players.

Love/Hate relationship with the game. I have been playing since the very beginning beta testing, and some of the changes over the years have been great, and some awful. Sadly one thing hasn't changed, which is the dreadful "customer service." That is in quotes as they have never resolved a single issue in 4+ years, don't understand their own game, and never help. If you play this game be prepared to have to put up with whatever problems or issues arise, and now it is a pay game based on luck
