Hello I've been playing this game for months, so much so that I began to pay to play it. In October of 2017 I had a late payment that resulted in me loosing my VIP status. However; My bank account reflected withdrawals of 9.99 for game plays from October 2017 until January 2018. Google was able to give my money back for January but I have to now contact the Administration of this game in order to be reimbursed for previous months. I love playing this game but I will no longer pay to play anymore. I will keep you all posted on my outcome.
Decent amount of ads. I sometimes have an issue where it suddenly stops accepting input. The game doesn't freeze, just can't do anything. I've tried going to home screen and back and even turning my screen off and back on, nothing works. Have to force close it. :( this happens maybe 1 out of every 7 or 8 times I play. Samsung note 8. A "live" or else "play with a friend" type of feature would be cool.
the game does too many resets, all on its own. i can be in the middle of a game, and the game will stop in mid-stream, then start a new game, and causing me to lose not only what i have "won", but will set me all the way back to the bronze box, or, in the case of special games, such as the winter sports 2018, back to the red box, when i actually finished and won the silver medal. the game can be veeerrrrryyyy slooooooooow, and often is. i enjoy the show when i get a chance to watch it, but am not so sure about the game. it would also be nice if there were instructions on how to play the features that are *not* in the tv show...
Used to love this game!! Never purchased anything just did the free play. I received a Google play card for Christmas and decided to buy 400 diamonds. An ad popped up asking me if I wanted to buy a mystery Santa box for 1 diamond I did and it took my 400 diamonds!! I then was given 40 diamonds on the lifetime list for winning a certain amount of shows... when the game refreshed my 40 diamonds were gone?! Fix the bugs!!!!
THEY OFFERED A FREE TRIAL FOR 7 DAYS IN WHICH THEY GIVE YOU DOUBLE COINS AND A FEW OTHER PERKS. I CANCELED WITHIN THE 7 DAY PERIOD SO I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD. I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING A REFUND FOR ALMOST A WEEK ALREADY AND THEY ARE GIVING THE RUN AROUND. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE FREE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY.
Extremely laggy, ads do not always close, and the game freezes or closes itself very often. It almost exclusively does that while in a game, so you automatically lose. The inbox always says there's 1 more message than there actually is. And sometimes hitting "play" closes the app instead of starting a game. Complete waste of time.
We've bankrupted bugs and made the game faster!
