ScoreVault is a portrait-first scoreboard for two-team matches. It keeps the interaction surface simple: one live match page, one history trail, and one settings panel for names, timing, and cache cleanup.

Use it for tabletop play, court play, training rounds, or any two-side scoring workflow where fast taps and visible numbers matter.

### Features:
- **Live score tracking** — Tap +1/-1 to adjust each team's score in real time
