this app is the biggest bang for your buck! no pun intended! we get everything we have gotten from their competitors and then some at a much lower price! in addition their set up was easy and when we needed hardware support... due to no fault of their own.... they were there for us! when we are ready to expand we will definitely be buying from Scoutek!

I switched over to try a new cell camera a couple of years ago which required using the SCOUTEK app. The app has worked great. Very easy to use. Getting and sharing data has been very easy. The best part has been the customer service. The customer service has been top notch. Every question or concern I have had has been taken care of very promptly. I have used several different cameras over the years where customer service was basically non-existent. SCOUTEK has been excellent.

2 things I've noticed about the app that needs addressed is that you cannot swipe through the pictures once you enter photos. You have to click on every image, then back out and click on next image instead of just swiping through the photos. 2nd thing is deleting unwanted photos one by one is a pain. If there is a batch delete I haven't found it. Currently you have to select a photo, delete it, back out, select another photo, delete it amd repeat. Very annoying.
