The Scout for Dog Walker & Pet Sitters app is a companion application to the Scout platform. It's been crafted specifically to allow dog walkers and pet sitters to do their job with ease.

Ratings and reviews

App gets the job basically done, but is always glitching. I have to delete and redownload at least once a day which is absurd. The notifications, which I've seen other people have a problem with, are unnecessary and maddening. I don't use the mapping function because I think it would give me even more issue. Don't dare click out of the visit to check on something or you'll have to start the timer over again completely. This app need A LOT of work. 5/23/23 app not doesn't work at all!

It's a decent app, but everytime I open the app I get 2 notifications that I have walks that were closed offline. If i try to clear the notifications they instantly happen again. Usually when that happens you close and open the app and it stops. It has been 6 months(started in September). Deleting the app and re-downloading it doesn't help, updating doesn't help, I just have unending alerts from this app. It is unbearable. App has been updated and now I need push notifications f this app.

Scout is great and really helps make customers feel at ease, definitely something that makes me stand out as a walker. It's also an easy transition for customers that have used or currently use Wag/Rover. Also the management team is very quick to respond and super helpful. Constantly trying to help as much as possible!
