not understanding this app at all - there's no option to make an account, and clicking forget password just makes a clicking sound. it doesn't even open a page or anything. I just downloaded it so it doesn't need to be updated. are you supposed to sign up on a separate website and then come to the app? if I have to go to multiple different sites or apps to set up an account for something that is supposed to make running my business easier, I'm just gonna get another paper planner like....??

App gets the job basically done, but is always glitching. I have to delete and redownload at least once a day which is absurd. The notifications, which I've seen other people have a problem with, are unnecessary and maddening. I don't use the mapping function because I think it would give me even more issue. Don't dare click out of the visit to check on something or you'll have to start the timer over again completely. This app need A LOT of work. 5/23/23 app not doesn't work at all!

Incessant notifications for appointments completed offline. Generally, we're happy with Scout for our business, but the fact that I've been having these false notifications for about a year now on multiple devices, and still no resolution, is incredibly frustrating.
