Ratings and reviews

While it gets the job done, it has a lot of little issues that add up to it being VERY frustrating. The speech recognition is poor, so verbal input does not work half the time. The "title" visual scan never works right at all. There's no way to return to your search results, you have to re-enter info. Scanning isbn works about 90% of the time. Typing input has its own little issues, but im running out of room. i really hope the developers can fix these

I raved about this app to many people. However it is simultaneously not allowing me to log in to the app due to an "inactive account" whilst telling me my account is active when I log on to the web page. They took my money just fine but now I can't use it at all so... I've tried everything I can think of to resolve it. Additionally, their "customer support" is merely a FAQ page, no way to actually contact someone for help.

The only way the analytics would be accurate is if you scan a book only ONE TIME(per day). But who does that? When I'm sourcing, I'm going fast... I just listen for the chime and throw it in the basket. I never look at the screen until I'm finished scanning. Then I'll get somewhere off to the side and re-scan everything in my basket and cull the low value books that aren't keepers. By the time I leave the store, my analytics are WAY OFF. There needs to be a CLEAR DATA OPTION. That would help!!!
