Your house is full of annabell porcelain dolls and you take care of them everyday with your twin sister. But something is wrong with your twin. Is she's real or just your imaginary friends? Someday, she brought 2 dolls identical with yourself and your secret twin. And after that, your sister is being kidnapped by Santa on Christmas. And from that night, her life is changed.

You accidentally uncover some chapters of the dark secret between the dolls and your evil twin. After the living puppet's first kill, you don't have a choice, it's run from the dark dimension created from the dolls or die. So, let's begin playing Scary Doll Twin Sister!
