The APR is determined by the applicant's credit. For example, a 12 month $10,000 loan with 5.99% APR would have 12 monthly payments of $860.62 for a total payment of $10,327.42. A 24 month $10,000 loan with 13.99% APR would have 24 monthly payments of $480.08 for a total payment of $11,521.96. The foregoing expected interest and repayment amounts assume you will make all payments in full on the scheduled due dates. Late payments or payments of less than the full amount due may result in higher interest charges and repayment amounts. Loans subject to lender approval.

The app doesn't work, don't bother calling customer support if you can't log in through the app. Log in through your browser, don't attempt to use the app, that's what they told me when I called after going through an Olympic feat to log into the app. :/ Scratch pay service itself is wonderful and has helped me for awhile now, I'm super thankful for them! My only issue is whoever built or runs the app for phones isn't fixing the app to work properly.

Doesn't work. When I open the app it tells me to input my phone number, sends me a verification code and when I put it in it tells me "too many unsuccessful attempts, please contact us" when I spoke with customer service, they told me they have been having issues with it. I downloaded it thinking it would be more convenient. I was definitely wrong. Hopefully they fix this soon.

Unreliable, buggy app. I had the same issue as other reviewers: input phone number to get the login code texted to me. Same way you login via browser. But I kept receiving "incorrect code" & "too many attempts. Please contact us." I tried the browser login afterwards & had no problems.. So this is clearly an app problem, not an overall issue with Scratchpay. Don't bother with this app until they improve it. I downloaded it for convenience purposes, but it's useless at this stage.
