I've been using Connectwise Control since it was Screenconnect long before connectwise bought them. Connectwise Control is hands down the best remote app for Break/Fix and MSP/MSSP businesses. The app has a few quirks that need to be addressed though. For one, the app hasn't been updated for over two years now. Around the time of the last update, attempting to backspace to correct typing mistakes does not immediately recognize, so you have to hold down backspace until it works. Please fix.

I'm using a Samsung S8+ tablet to remote access my Desktop PC. Overall the app WORKS but it feels like it isn't optimized for my use case... Here's what I'd like to see from this app, that I currently can't figure out (may be available in a deep settings list that I'm missing): -When the connection is running, the app window will not fully 'maximize' and take up the full screen. There is a persistent toolbar across the top of app that prevents me from accessing controls for a window on the remote comp, unless I resize the app window. If the toolbar was along the bottom, it would interfere less. Or if it would float and minimize... Or if the Android/DEX system would drop the system toolbar along the bottom. -The large 'mouse location' icon being persistent and following cursor around screen is quite distracting! Wish I could disable this. Other than these few issues, the app works cleaner and quicker than Teamviewer or Remote PC, based on my experiences. Wish I could optimize the UI a bit more to get it exactly like I want! 4 stars for an app that works but isn't well optimized, from what I can tell. Would love some advice if I'm wrong on these fronts.

Needs a feature like when running from a PC and not ap that allows you to zoom to one monitor at a time. My work PC has 3. The app only wants to display all 3. I have not located how to go about maximizing one moniter at a time. Through the web page remote access theres a drop down at the top center that allows to switch between displays. Once this is figured out or its determined to be user error i will update my rating. Until then screens are to small to view.
