ScreenFlow Player displays the content assigned to your screen from ScreenFlow.

Open the Player to display a pairing code. An authorized administrator uses ScreenFlow Management or the web dashboard to approve the screen and assign content.

The Player synchronizes approved content and schedules, downloads assigned media, and uses locally cached content when a previously synchronized screen loses its internet connection. Internet access is required for first pairing, receiving new content and sending operational updates.

Use ScreenFlow Management or the web dashboard to create designs and choose the screens that receive them. This Player is a separate display application, not the design editor.

Playback runs as a foreground service so content keeps showing on the display. Arabic and English are supported.
