About this app

ScreenMento is a screen time and parental control app designed to help you monitor device usage, set app limits, and build healthier digital habits.

You can use personal screen-time features without creating an account, or enable Parent Mode to manage your child's paired Android device.

SCREEN TIME & APP LIMITS

Track daily screen time and set individual usage limits for selected apps.

With app limits, you can:
• Receive a notification when a limit is reached
• Block the app after the limit is reached

You can also create restricted hours and Daily Usage Schedules for studying, working, sleeping, or focused time.

SHORT VIDEO BLOCKER

The optional Short Video Blocker helps reduce excessive use of supported short-form video experiences such as Reels and Shorts.

This feature is optional and must be enabled by the user.

PARENT MODE

Parent Mode is designed for parents and legal guardians who want to manage a child's paired device.

The child's device is explicitly paired using a one-time code or QR code.

After pairing, parents can:
• View screen time and app usage
• Manage daily and per-app limits
• Configure restricted hours
• Receive usage and protection alerts
• Review permission and protection status
• Manage supported settings remotely

LOCATION SHARING

Optional location sharing is available only on paired child devices.

When enabled, parents can:
• View the child's last known location
• Request a location update
• Use Live Tracking
• Receive entry and exit alerts for selected areas

Location sharing is optional and can be turned off.

REPORTS & DIGITAL BALANCE

ScreenMento provides daily and weekly usage reports, screen-time scores, usage trends, hourly activity information, and app usage insights.

These tools help users better understand digital habits and create healthier screen-time goals.
