Screwbin keeps a screw inventory on your phone so you can see sizes, quantities, and drawer notes before you even start rummaging through the drawer.
Control screw sizes, quantities, and compartment notes offline on this phone.
Record each row: Add an item with a short label, the type (wood screw, metric, bolt, nut, washer, nail, or other), the size, how many pieces you have, and the drawer or compartment where they are. Leave a note about the thread, finish, or job they belong to.
Group by size: Home lists the rows under each size so you can look for a 40mm wood screw or an M8 bolt without opening every tray. Counters total pieces and totals by size above. Rows with five or fewer pieces are marked as low stock.
Adjust on the fly: Open a row to increase or decrease the quantity after taking pieces from the drawer. Edit the label, size, type, or compartment when something moves. Delete a row you no longer keep track of.
Search and Filter
Filter by type or search for a label, compartment, note, or size string. The list is stored locally on this phone, so it works even in a workshop without a signal.
Guide and Settings
The Guide is a quick offline walkthrough for filling drawers and keeping accurate quantities. In Settings, you can display sizes in millimeters or inches, load a sample drawer to see a full list, or clear everything and start empty.
Screwbin saves labels, sizes, quantities, compartments, and notes only on this phone. There's no account, no cloud syncing, and no ads. The app doesn't use the internet. It's a paper notepad for your screw drawers.
