search on this app is so awful. toolsation lists all the different sizes of the same item (e.g a type of screw in every length and thickness) on the same page. You have to individually search for each size you want even if its the same product in a different size. Very annoying. The sprint section doesn't list certain products that are in stock and small enough to fit in a delivery driver's box - at random. So random items can't be delivered by sprint. No way to do anything about it.

Very useful app. The following would be useful additional features: 1) The ability to switch screwfix accounts within the app. 2) It would be useful if the automatic 'I'm here to collect' screen reminded you, that you have more than one order to collect from the same branch.

love screwfix for having 95% of what I need to get those jobs done. even late into the weekends. Really hate ordering things on the app and getting a text to say its ready to collect. When I get to the store and click the app button to say I'm here to collect. I have to wait and watch the person walk around the shop, go up the steps, just to get everything I ordered. I might as well order at the desk when I arrived. There is no time saving in using the click and collect, unless after 1 item
