SCRIGNOIdentiTel is the Banca Popolare di Sondrio app to generate the OTP codes, necessary to access SCRIGNO and to authorize the transactions.
SCRIGNOIdentiTel allows you to operate online with the utmost ease and security thanks to the "advanced authentication methods", Push IdentiTel and QR IdentiTel. These methods are characterized by the fact that the user immediately displays the essential data of the operation in the app before simply confirming it with biometrics or by entering a dedicated PIN. The generated OTP code is automatically passed to SCRIGNO, for maximum speed and security.

The manual mode for generating the OTP code is also available, which in this case will appear on the smartphone display and must be reported on the SCRIGNO Internet Banking page. In the case of using SCRIGNOapp, this step will take place automatically.

SCRIGNOIdentiTel is able to generate unique and specific OTP codes for the operation in progress, in order to minimize the risk of fraud. Completely unnecessary and doesn't work 90% of the time. I have never known an app need a whole other app just for you to put a password in. Having put the password in, most of the time the app still won't let you in

Terrible app. Never sends me push notification and I can't logon

I had some major problems today after updating, but I was able to fix them deleting the app and then redoing the whole thing. things are going smoothly right now so I hope they remain this way.
