i have been using this app for many years. all good, theme and interface but since coupke of months I have been facing a rare problem or error, Every time I open the app it is not asking to enter the login/password prompt. ( example if I login into the app and close it and again open the app after one hour it is directly showing the user home dashboard.) For a couple of months it is not working or opening the app it is forever showing a loading symbol. Please look into this and resolve.

it's been an absolutely painful and unpleasant experience. I have been using this app for the last 10 years and they haven't improved even a bit since then. the entire process of updating nominees, bank details etc is all old and is a lengthy process. and it's very very buggy. I had to have a long thread of email just to solve nomination correction and that too for a mistake on their end

Unable to create an investment account, as the otp wasn't received. Tried multiple times with different phone numbers. But same result.
