Ratings and reviews

The filters in transaction history is not properly designed. I found it very difficult to search for all my investments in this platform. I have given suggestions in your web app. Plz go though it once and incorporate it, so that app will be much user-friendly.

Interface can be simple & straight forward. In the first page itself, one should get the details of all MF investments like 1)name of fund, 2) date of investment 3) Amount of investment 4) present NAV 5) Returns so far etc in a simple excel format. A simple Table on the first page itself should give a snapshot of how the invested funds are performing . Infact clumsy & confusing interface is one of the reasons for me to close the Scripbox account.

One of the worst User Interface of current time. Every year change in strategy, fund recommendations, and withdrawal recommendations for reinvestment is not letting the fund compound and attracting Capital Gains every year and adding efforts in tax filing. The tax report format is not accepted by any of the leading Tax filing apps. Bad customer service, no response in 7 days. IVR is also broken. Too much data collection 'enforcement' under Unified Portfolio plan.Time to stop Investing with them!
