WB Bulk Sender is a marketing and CRM tool. Build a recipient list, write one message, and send it to every customer on that list from your own phone, then handle the replies, the orders and the follow-ups in the same app. Works with a regular or a business chat account.

BULK MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
Create a marketing campaign, choose who it goes to, and send. Each run is paced for you, shows its progress as it goes, and can be stopped at any point.

SCHEDULE MESSAGES
Set a campaign to run later, and set the hours you are willing to send in. Nothing goes out outside them. A campaign can repeat daily or weekly.

BUILD YOUR RECIPIENT LISTS
Import contacts from a CSV or Excel file, pick them from your phone address book, or type numbers in by hand. Save each list as a named audience group and reuse it for the next campaign. Tag people, add private notes, and keep your own custom fields against a number. Build a list from the labels you already use in the chat app, too.

MESSAGE TEMPLATES AND PERSONALIZATION
Keep the messages you send often as message templates. Personalize each one with the recipient name or any field you have saved, and add up to four wordings so the same text does not reach everybody.

TWO-WAY INBOX
Replies come back to an inbox inside the app, so you catch a question while the campaign is still going. Reply from your phone, react to a message, edit or delete one you have sent and keep quick replies for the answers you repeat.

AUTO REPLY CHATBOT
Answer the questions you get asked constantly without being at your phone. Build an automated reply flow once from keyword triggers, numbered menus and question blocks, and hand a chat over to yourself whenever you want to take it. Flows answer while the app is open.

GROUP MANAGEMENT
Create a group, share its invite link, and see who is waiting to join. See the members of a group you are already in and save them to a recipient list, and see which groups you administer and which are set so that only admins can post.

PRODUCT CATALOG AND ONLINE STORE
Add what you sell with a photo, a price and a description, and publish it as your own online store at yourname.bythat.cloud, at no extra hosting cost — a public shop page you can send to any customer, where the order is placed in chat.

MISSED CHAT-CALL REPLY
When a voice or video call placed through the chat app is not answered, the app sends the caller a reply you wrote. Chat-app calls only, not regular phone calls; no phone or call-log permission is used.

PAYMENT REMINDERS
Record an amount due and a due date for a customer. On the day the app reminds them for you, up to three times, and stops once they reply or you mark them paid.

CUSTOMER RECORDS AND FOLLOW-UPS
See every person you have messaged, what they were sent and whether they answered. Save birthdays, renewal dates and anything else that comes round, and see who has one coming up whenever you open the app. Chase a campaign automatically with follow-up messages that skip anyone who already replied.

OPT-OUTS AND BLOCKLIST
Anyone who asks to unsubscribe is added to your opt-out list and skipped from then on. Keep your own blocklist of numbers a campaign must never reach.

WHAT IT COSTS
The free plan sends 10 messages a day. The 1-day trial adds 30 messages, one saved group, the chatbot and the shop page. The one-time upgrade — valid for three years, no subscription — unlocks all of them.

PRIVACY
An account is required to use the app. Your recipient lists, campaigns and message history are kept on your device rather than on our servers. If you choose to publish a shop page, the products on it are uploaded so that the page can be shown. Our privacy policy is linked from this listing and from inside the app, and you can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings.

Ratings and reviews

I’m reporting an issue with the group extraction feature. After saving contacts from a WhatsApp group, I use the "send message" option to message them individually. The app opens each person’s chat and types the message, but it no longer sends it automatically. I have to manually tap the send button, which defeats the purpose of automation. This feature used to work fine before. Please look into this and let me know if there’s a fix or update needed. Thank you.
