I have 3 cameras and one is always offline and it's impossible to get anyone to come fix it. this has been since I had it in August. it's not what I expected out of a security camera I don't feel protected when the cameras are not functioning correct.

it's been a great experience from the purchase to the installation to now. we had our cameras for about 2 months now. it's a great investment. and customer service is the greatest. thx guys

Everything was uninstall on my phone and I can't get back call customer service and was pt on hold for a long time and still no answer. Going to try again today.
