Works great half the time. All kinds of errors, frequent disconnects, lag over mobile or wifi. Great for going slow, extremely unreliable for trying to catch something in the moment. I wish there was a better solution. Edit in response: I am not always using the internet, I am frequently using my own wifi from device to device. It also has problems if using the internet.

Hello, your experience with the app is going to have a couple of variables. The most common bottleneck for most people is their internet upload speed. You're sending the video from your device via your local internet connection. You can contact our support team to troubleshoot to see what issues you may he running into.

this is a good app... the only constructive criticism I have is when searching for videos (especially past videos) it's very tedious. scroll bar near the bottom that is on the current day and hour..you hold down and swipe through every hour of each day until you reach desired time/date. should be a search feature where one could just plug the date and time in and it automatically goes to that time. it's the same way with the software for the NVR and PC, very annoying... 5 stars if changed

Cannot access using mobile data. Scw needs to get in step not everyone has internet

In order to access your NVR remotely (away from your facility) you will need the NVR connected to an internet connection. SCW Go does work through mobile data. Customers with no internet can still access locally using the IP. If you need help getting remote access setup - please contact us at 828-352-2242 or reach out at getscw.com via chat.
