App is terrible it randomly works for others but every time it wants me to contact an administrator... No one has time to set on the phone and talk to someone to activate an account just to ride a scooter you should just be able to set up an account scan and go!

Horrible user interface that doesn't work. No instructions on how to activate the scooter. No customer service on the phone number. Bird and spin both better choices

Such a waste of time and money you guys.... If u have that extra money to throw away like you did with this scooter thing, u lemme know I got better ideas of the investments....
