I have been using this DTH service for the last 10 years. Recently, due to frequent signal problems, I switched to another DTH service. I already informed them that I am no longer using their service, but I still keep receiving automated calls saying that my balance is over. Once a customer has discontinued the service, these unnecessary calls should be stopped. Very disappointing after using the service for 10 years.

one of the worst app and connection I applied. it was my biggest mistake and the app is not even able to login me as a result u can't contact to the service centre if someone what's to buy a setabox so don't buy d2h there are much more best Or i can say better option available in market

​The D2H Infinity app is overall good for managing recharges and fetching D2H/Dish TV account details quickly. However, it fails to help remove unusual or hidden extra charges added to monthly recharges. Furthermore, there are hardly any good offers, cashbacks, or discounts provided for collective or bulk D2H recharges. Please introduce transparent billing without unexpected charges and better loyalty rewards or discounts for regular users.
