app is not a user friendly most of the time app does not open easily and shows error about registration even when you already have proper credentials. however it has option to edit your pack but you can't easily change it in one time many times you will face time out issue bcoz it run very slow specially while you are changing pack. smart play by company to keep the customer fool.

3rd class app. nothing is working on this app. not even modify my pack. I can not modify plan. all the times it is loading. but page not opening. what should I do with this? even website has login problem. after entering the password it get stuck. have you people ever use or test your own app and website. "Modify your plan" section is not working in app as well as website.

"The connection and the app are both terrible. Even after I provide all the required login information, it keeps displaying a 'something went wrong' error. Additionally, the 'Modify your pack' option has been stuck on the loading screen for hours. Please fix these issues."
